Quality not Quantity

There is a reason why I am making small tea cakes in UK even though we can buy a big piece of cake in a market. I would love to make flavourful cakes with extra care for each ingredient.

The size is small but there is full flavour of each ingredient and the decoration is minimal for natural beauty such as traditional Japanese sweets.
