Tea cakes are small individual cakes which is perfect size for catering party or special treat for yourself. I can always eat 2 or 3 different cakes - sounds a bit greedy but I can't resist more than one!!!!

直径7㎝ほどの愛らしいケーキはパーティーやご褒美に最適。異なる味を少しづつ楽しめるのは小さなケーキならではの魅力です。

Allergen guidance for our cakes 

 

Please note that all our products are baked fresh onsite in our kitchen, which handles ingredients used to make all our products. While we do have processes in place to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we have a small kitchen and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible. 

Our kitchen handles all the main allergens of dairy, nuts, gluten (wheat) and egg.

If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens, or one which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of our products.

 

Coconut Banana Cake /w Rum Raisin

This is "INDIGO" signature cake. It looks pretty simple, but the combination of each ingredient gives a wonderful flavour.

This cake is among the most symbolic homely cakes of the British tradition. Filled with Raspberry Jam and fresh whipped cream, it is the perfect combination with a lovely cup of tea.
家庭的なブリティッシュケーキの象徴的存在。ラズベリージャムと生クリームをはさんでいます。紅茶と相性抜群です。

I received this secret recipe from my Italian mamma. Roasted almonds and sweet & sour apples are married with a delicate cinnamon flavour.
イタリアのマンマのレシピ。香ばしくローストしたアーモンドと甘酸っぱい林檎の組み合わせは、ほんのりシナモンが香る素朴な生地ととても合います。

 

Nutty Chocolate Cake /w Rum flavour

This delicious nutty chocolate cake is similar to a "Nutty brownie", but texture and flavour are more enriched. Chocolate chips and exotic rum give a nice sensation.
